smartTacho DL is a system that automatically downloads your driver cards and tachograph data - whilst your vehicles are on the road.The downloaded files are then automatically analysed within smartTacho software - or they can be transferred via API into your existing analysis software.

Going from vehicle to vehicle with a hand-held download tool, chasing all of your drivers for their cards, trying to remember how to import the downloads into your analysis software...it's a big hassle. SmartTacho DL takes that hassle away...it means that when you do find time to sit down to look at compliance, all the data you need has already been downloaded and analysed!

No. We believe in a fair price for a great product - so fleets typically pay less than 40p per day for SmartTacho DL...with no upfront hardware costs. The solutons offered by most UK analysis providers and trade associations, means fleets have to shell out £300-400 per vehicle upfront! Whats more, our special device is also a GPS telematics unit...so we can add GPS tracking (now or in the future) for only a few £'s extra per month.

Both driver cards and tachograph head unts are downloaded several times a week. However, we are flexible and can discuss a specific schedule at the time of order.

We have integrated with a growing list of the major UK (and some EU) web-based systems, so that files can be transferred via secure API. As soon as a download is completed, our servers will push the file automatically into your existing analysis account. Companies we have integrated with include:Aquarius, ArvoTacho, Convey, FTA Vision, IDHA, Optac3 (Stoneridge), RHA, Smart Analysis, TachoMaster, TDi, TisWeb and TruTac.If you do not use any of these companies, we can provde a portal where you can securely access your files.
